Villa Capo Stella is located in Punta Stella, a promontory between the Gulf of Lacona and the Gulf of Capo Stella both in the municipality of Capoliveri.

It's ca 7 Km from Portoferraio on the provincial road that joins Lacona with Marina di Campo and Capoliveri.

Access to the Villa is by a private road of ca 700 mt ( shared by other 5 properties) completely immersed in the mediterranean "macchia" closed by an automatic gate. It has a wonderful panoramic view of the gulf of Capo Stella and Capoliveri.

The Villa has been in 2005 completely rennoved. It is built on two flors above a basement.

It is situated at circa 80 mt above sea level. Parking for 8/10 is a few metres from the Villa.

The beach is roughly 60 mt from the sea and is accessable by sea/boat or by a path of circa 50 metres from the Villa, that is protected by a fencing there is also the use of cabin with an outdoor shower.

The first floor is composed of Kitchen, sitting room with corner bar, studio, bathroom, and a room with technical equipment for a total of 100 mt, the adjoimg patio, partly covered, it's funished for outside use is 95 mt there is also a berbeque and a pizza oven.

The second floor is reached by two flights of stairs and composed of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms for a total of 100 mt square plus 16 square mt of terraces.

The whole promontory directly accessable from the villa is an ideal panoramic route for trecking.
