The villa  is in Straccoligno (3 km far from Capoliveri town)

Capoliveri is one of the most beautiful town of the island.

It’s located at the beginning of the Costa dei Gabbiani Park;  a wonderful place; bays, beaches and cliffs. Only 100 metres away from the seaside; All around the house there is a private botanic garden,8.000 square metres, with palm-trees, pepper –tree, brazilian- trees, olive-trees etc…It’s a anchanting, combinatinon between  country and  sea. The following services belong to the house: gate, parking and access to the sandy and fully furnished beach;

The swimming-pool (8x16mts)  is located beyond the rose-garden and the citrus and olive groves,   the pepper,  the orange and the laurels that  create a  perfect privacy.The pool is surrounded by wood staves and during the summer it’s possible to have lunch under the trees around the swimming-pool.

In front of the house there is a terrace; it’s covered by a  wrought iron pergola; behind the house there is a  wide arcade, a courtyard and a laundry-room.
